Summary
Crowley shook his head, pressing his palms into his eyes before stepping closer, meeting Aziraphale’s gaze with earnest eyes. “I thought I’d scared you, gone too fast. I didn’t think you wanted…” He trailed off, biting his lip as his eyes flickered down to his feet.
“Wanted what?” Aziraphale whispered, heart pounding so hard against his chest he was sure the neighbors could hear it.
“I didn’t think you wanted… to be, er, my Angel.”
Aziraphale is looking forward to starting a new life in the small town of Tadfield after the fire. He has learned to accept his solitary life and the fears that keep him hidden in his home. When his gorgeous neighbor enters his life, Aziraphale is surprised to find the man intends to stick around. Will Aziraphale overcome his fears enough to follow his heart?

‘Hello, my dear.’
Crowley bit his lip for a couple of seconds before he took a deep breath and just went with it.
‘Would you like to go for a coffee sometime?’
There was silence at the other end.
Oh shit.
‘That was my friend messing around with my phone…?’
‘You do realise that only works over text.’
‘Myeah.’
Why was he like this? He had wanted to kill Bea for doing the same thing and yet here he was, doing the thing. At Bea’s behest, mind you.
‘I would love to go for coffee. Oh, and cake!’Aziraphale is a very rich and successful writer. Crowley is at the worst possible moment of his life - living off Bee's couch and posting his mum's fairy tales on some random sites only to be ignored by everyone except one random person simply called A.
This is a story about how both of our main protagonists get over the ghosts of their pasts, learn to work together and maybe - just maybe - fall in love in the process.Not to mention that all of the characters that we love (hate - looking at you, Gabe) make an appearance.

Summary
Aziraphale has left Crowley to be Supreme Arch Angel, but comes back down as soon as the induction meeting is over. Unfortunately it has taken almost a year, and Crowley isn't impressed. After too much wine, some mea culpa on both sides, some body sharing and a trip to Alpha Centuri, the pair cook up a plan to stop this whole Second Coming nonsense. Crowley has to make an important call while Aziraphale squares up to the Metatron. They then learn The Thing About Whales.
S1 and S2 cannon compliant, takes place immediately after S2 ep 6
Shameless fix-it fic with a happy ending.
