It's senior year and Castiel Novak isn't expecting anything exceptional to happen. He has his friends, his debate team, his family to drive him crazy, and only a vague idea on what the hell he's going to do after high school. When his brother's childhood friend moves back into town, the most Castiel can hope for is expanding his social circle by a person or two.
Dean Winchester didn't think he'd be spending his first year of "adulthood" still in high school and suddenly under his father's thumb again. He's trying to make the best of it, giving his all on the hockey team and looking out for his little brothers while fostering his newfound friendship with his classmate. Only thing is, the full on gay crisis he's having is throwing a wrench in his year.

Dean has a good life. Sure, his daughter’s dead, and he has a permanent limp because of a stupid drunken decision a year and a half after Emma’s death. But now he's a world-famous author, fifteen years sober, and has wonderful friends and family by his side. Though… his house seems a bit too empty. There is a reason he spends most of his time at Sam and Eileen’s place.
But, after the CEO of the biggest tech company in the world comes to one of Dean’s book signings for his daughter, Dean can't stop thinking of the CEO's bright blue eyes. Except that Dean isn’t looking for a relationship. Yes, he’s comfortably bisexual, but that’s beside the point. Dean has had too many failed relationships and has too much baggage. All Omega’s to a greater or lesser degree are biologically programmed to follow an Alphas’ orders. For some lucky ones it’s as simple as ignoring an itch; for other more unfortunate Omegas it’s a compulsion to the extent that they need an Alpha they trust to occupancy them to ensure that some unscrupulous Alphas will not take advantage.
Dean has always been the latter category and one day after a fight with his brother he decides that it was a good idea to go to the shops. In hindsight it wasn’t a good idea, but even Dean would agree that he’s a stubborn son of a bitch.
