Summary
Shane’s hands suddenly leave his shoulders, and the dull sound of knees hitting the floor echoes through the scarcely decorated room.
Shane rests his forehead on the sweat damp skin of Ilya’s thigh, his face pulled into something wrecked and agonizing. His shaking hands wrap around the bare skin of Ilya’s thighs, and he can feel how cold and clammy they were. The sight of Shane on his knees knocks all the air from his lungs. Ilya had not calibrated this yet, he had not prepared himself for a genuinely upset, distraught Shane Hollander to be gripping his pants and staring up at him like he would an altar.
“Don’t wanna feel like– like this anymore. ‘Wanna feel good.” Shane whispers against his thigh, looking up at Ilya like he was the answer to every single fucking problem in the world. It was heady and addictive and wrong, here.
