Summary
Two years ago when they found Jason under a collapsed building, Jason had begged to die. He told them too much about how he really felt. They suddenly saw all of him, not just the mask, and not just the loudmouthed, cocky fighter that managed to beat death. They saw the kid that was broken and hurting. They saw the scars of his battles with foes and himself. They saw what was underneath the armor.
Jason didn’t feel seen though, he felt exposed. Everything he hated and hid was on display. He couldn’t lie anymore.
