Summary
The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."

Summary
It was definitely a bad idea to approach this clearing. The man impaled on a spike was probably warning enough for most. But Jaskier was running low on material and hey, if he was about to be devoured by whatever monster he was about to find, it felt like a fairly appropriate way to go. Killed in the line of duty and whatnot.
There’s another man skewered much in the same way, what he thinks might be a horse, and-
Gods, that looks like a little girl.
Or: Jaskier decides to look after the shit he'd supposedly shovelled.

“Look, I’m just asking, okay? Not– I don't mean anything by it. But, uh.” His eyes darted back and forth, then he leaned in close to Steve. Steve had gotten used to that, kind of. The guy had no concept of personal space. “Are you flagging?” Eddie finally finished.
Steve shook his head slowly, eyes narrowed. He had no idea what that meant. He had no answer. “What?”
Eddie leaned away from Steve, facing forward again and nodding. “Okay, got it. That answers my question. Carry on.”

Kirishima’s the one who reacts first. His face breaks into a grin, and he waves over to the blond. “Bakubro! What did you get at the store?”
Katsuki huffs, holding up the plant for the other teens to see. “This is my venus flytrap, and if any of you losers even so much as attempt to lay a finger on it, you’ll regret ever having tried.”
In which Katsuki gets a plant because his therapist recommends it, and somehow inadvertently causes UA to build an entire garden.
