Summary
When the Purge began, the Dragonlords fled to the mountains and created their own little society with the dragons. Merlin is born and raised with his family and his people, only learning of his destiny when he is 16 years old. No one knows how he will meet the Once and Future King, since these days leaving the mountains can be a death sentence.
Lucky for him, the Once and Future King finds him, but to everyone's shock, it is Arthur Pendragon. Merlin can't help but feel drawn to him and is then tasked with the mission of teaching the Prince all about magic and their people.
