Summary
He stared at the view through the huge window. He drew his hand to the glass and slid a palm to reach out for the blue planet.
The heaviness inside him didn’t stem from the anxiety brought by the possibility of fighting why-man, nor was it because of the uncertainty of not being able to go back home.
It was far simpler, far more stupid than that.
Young Xeno’s voice reverberated in his ears:
“Isn’t it kind of ironic how humanity only started treasuring the Earth more after this photograph came out?”
Before, Stanley could only understand the meaning behind those words on a surface level. Now, however, he felt them deep into his body, rattling even his bones that were trained to withstand the harshest conditions.

As Stanley witnesses Earth from afar in space, his mind wanders somewhere else, realizing something important is left unaddressed for a while.

Charlotte clutched her stomach as she crouched and leaned against the walls of the castle corridor. May heavens above hear her plea and double her pain and give it to Stanley. For some reason, it seemed to her that that man could handle pain well, so she might as well take full advantage of that. She closed her eyes, began focusing, and tried mentally transferring her cramps to him.

Xeno coughed out a mouthful of blood before he could say anything. “Go meet me in the past and do what you must do. Can you do that?”
Stanley slightly hit the glass that kept them apart with his fist. He raised his head and locked eyes with his lover. “Yes, I can,” he replied.

An army of mysterious gunmen ambushed the science facility. With the leading scientists and why-man gone, Stanley had to go back in time to save everyone. But what will he do if there is a slight miscalculation in the time travel?

”Did you have a fight with Stanley?” Senku asked.
“I’m afraid I don’t know any Stanley. Who’s that?” Xeno asked a little bit seriously.
If not for the hint of sarcasm in Xeno’s voice, he would seriously believe the man just deleted Stanley from his memory. “Uh, your childhood friend? Your ultimate knight? Your bodyguard? Sounds familiar?”
Xeno smiled grimly as he shook his head. “No.”
Senku groaned internally. “Your husband?”
Xeno jolted. He looked deep in thought for a while before turning his back on him. “Enough of this,” he said. “Go take a break, Senku. I’ll continue your work for a while.” Without waiting for his reply, he slowly walked away from him. Faintly, however, Senku heard the man mutter, “I may be as good as a widower now.”

Stanley and Xeno are fighting, and Senku is suffering because of it.

Summary
A pair of wine-colored eyes was staring down at him, locking onto him as if he were some kind of endangered animal. Seeing him awake, the man retreated his hand from Gen’s face and slowly slid it into the pocket of his white coat. It took Gen a few seconds to process the situation; his eyelids met and parted repeatedly for a while before realizing where he was.
How odd, despite the cool residue on his cheeks left by the scientist’s cold hands, he felt his temperature rise rapidly, especially around the rim of his eyes.
“Are you still dreaming, Mentalist?”

As Gen came home from his work abroad, he wondered if the busy scientist would just let him die of loneliness in their shared apartment.
