At his blood stained flight suit, the dark circles under his eyes, his pallid skin, the collarbones jutting out from his near-emaciated figure. “Of course, starlight,” he says, and his tone lilts melodically, almost like he’s placating a child. “You have done very well for someone so young.”
(Namjoon wants a lot of things. A captaincy. A good night’s sleep. Comfort. Somewhere to belong. He finds all of that and more in his new position aboard the Starship Moonchild and its 6-member xenos crew. It’s too bad that Namjoon is exactly what they've been looking for, too.)
