Upon hearing of the escape of infamous criminal, Sirius Black, Her Majesty The Queen calls upon a power now rarely used in the modern day world. Ordering her Guard Dog to investigate the matter thoroughly, unconvinced of the legitimacy of the workings of the Ministry of Magic, she wants to be assured that the criminal is found and detained appropriately.
Harry Potter meets a new student while staying in the Leaky Cauldron after blowing up his Aunt Marge, trailed by odd servants and with outlandish ideas. He doesn't seem to want to play by the usual rules of Hogwarts at all.

When Chuuya and Dazai were called to Mori's office, they had not expected to be handed bags of "teenage clothes" and carted off to an entrance exam to some hero school, hell Dazai wouldn't even be fifteen on the first day of school! Yet, here they were, standing in front of the ever prestigious UA Highschool and 2 hours by train out of Yokohama. How scary.
