Post S1, Crowley has the brilliant idea to woo Aziraphale by telling him he wants to adjust their Arrangement to a casual only, friends-with-benefits situation (hoping Az will eventually catch real feelings).
Part 2 shows the consequences of an angel and demon with fully functional reproductive organs having copious amounts of unprotected sex. Heaven and Hell both want the unknown “anomaly” to themselves, but that part of the arc is not yet resolved. Author’s note states there is more to come.
