“There,” Warm fingers lingered on his skin “good as new.” The cat sounded satisfied, golden eyes molten when they met Lambert’s.
“You didn’t have to do that.” The wolf grumbled quietly but the other man merely snorted.
“I didn’t, but I wanted to. Can’t blame a cat for wanting to get his hands on such a handsome man, though.” He winked at Lambert whose mouth went dry. Luckily the other Witcher continued before Lambert could do something ridiculous, like blushing or getting flustered. “And I was hoping that you would tell me your name, now that we know each other better. Somehow I doubt you’ll be happy if I were to call you ‘pretty wolf’ all the time.”
