Summary
Humans as a species only discovered the existence of Borrowers a couple years ago. Rather than treat the smaller humanoids with compassion and understanding, humans feel superior and corrupt governments say all Borrowers are classified as pets, much to the Borrowers' fear and despair.
Virgil and Patton are two recently caught Borrowers, sold to a Scientist who says she wants them as pets. But pretty lies hide the truth behind closed doors and high cage walls.Series

Summary
New York City has a vast array of vigilantes and superheroes that call its streets home. Dazai Osamu, Port Mafia Executive and Mori Ougai’s right hand, is deployed to start building relationships in the area. Mori, ever the fan of tests, leaves Dazai to figure out how to best handle the local vigilantes on his own.
And Frank Castle? He’s just worried that keeping this kid who refuses to identify himself alive may be more difficult than he was hoping.
Or; a city-wide adventure, hotel hopping, forging friendships with local heroes and a long-winded game of cat and mouse, all featuring an embittered Veteran and a suicidal teenage boy.

You never really know, he might be Scottish in disguise.The kid seemed confused at the question, looking down at him with a slightly furrowed eyebrows. “Of course I am. Where do you think you are, Mexico?”
“What the fuck’s Mexico? What,” Tommy snorted, “it’s the country For Mexicans?”
