There must've been a reason why his mother died at birth, why he had to go through orphanage and orphanage until he had aged out of them and why the universe must see it fit to reunite him with his past like this.

Like does the public find out they're brothers?? Or do they keep it a secret but Liam can't keep his hands to himself so all their close friends are lowkey rooting for them without knowing they're blood related?? I so want it to be built upon!
