And rather than the response Kasumi had expected for suddenly proclaiming the most ground-breaking, earth-shattering, heavens-splitting discovery on a Wednesday night, Mia only stared blankly above her as Rina replaced her sparkly eyes board to an unamused frown.
"Mhm," Rina breaks the stilted silence, and Ai presses a hand over her mouth as if it would hide the tip of her lips twitching in suppressed mockery. "We know." She plainly states as if Kasumi didn't just come to the most important revelation of her life-- of anyone's life, really. The pink haired girl peeked at Shioriko, who had already returned back to her plate of fries. "Everyone knows."

Kasumi hasn’t received a love letter… before she became a school idol. And the ones she receives now she’s in the public eye are, to put it kindly, quickly gushed over before inevitably thrown into the ever growing pile of I love you’s and will you be my girlfriend's?
Was it because it was from men? Kasumi insists as much with the same old mantra: They’re school idol’s! Kasumin isn’t not so dumb she’d ruin it all for some lousy boyfriend.

Maybe it’s a pointless, idiotic endeavour that stemmed from a children’s tale that she herself had watched written on old parchment. Foolish and irrational, absolutely useless in the long run. Probably something the cryptid time traveler would mock and joke upon leaving for her next time adventure.
