Summary
Half of him wishes Akai hadn’t been so clear. Wishes that Rei could still read into Akai’s soft smiles, his light touches, the way he invites him out to dinner and lets him settle in his arms.
But Akai had. He gripped Rei tight by the shoulders, pushed him back, and told him in no uncertain terms- Furuya-kun, I’d like to be friends this time.
So Rei won’t humiliate himself any further by reading into things that just aren’t there.
Not again.
Things would be far, far easier if Rei didn’t still miserably have feelings for a man who’s clearly moved on.

Ren grins. “You want me to date Goro?”
“Pretend-date Goro,” Ann corrects. “And make his crush jealous.”
“This is not going to work,” Goro says.
“Sure, I’ll do it,” says Ren, still grinning. He does his own rendition of Ann’s eyelash bat. “Go out with me, Goro-kun?”
“I’m older than you, so show me a little respect,” Goro says crossly. “Our relationship is off to a bad start, Ren-kun.”(or: what not to do when you're fake-dating your real crush.)

Summary
“You saw the body?” Jason asks. It’s a stupid question—of course Tim saw it. Tim was the one who found it, who rolled it into the carpet in the first place. But there’s a second question wrapped up in his strangled tone, which is: Are you okay after seeing the body?
Tim just purses his lips, almost indignant. “This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a corpse before, Jason.”
Right, Jason thinks, but it’s the first time the corpse has been your own fucking dad.
-
Tim is desperate to keep his father’s death a secret from Bruce at all costs. Which is how he ends up hiding a body with Jason Todd, of all people.

Is it Identity theft if the guy you're stealing it from lead you to believe he's been dead for the last decade? Does it even count if it's technically not a legal identity?
Anyway, a certain phantom thief decided he wants his name back, so he tries to steal it back. His successor does not appreciate that,
Neither does his task force,
Or his critics.
No one likes that.
