Single parenthood is hard. Working a full-time job and going to school is hard. Hating everything about yourself and having to put on a smiling face for your two kids is hard. Just about the only thing he has to make life easier is a golden-retriever-coded himbo of a neighbor, who doesn't seem put-off by Jongseob's sorry excuse for an existence.
Or: Shota teaches Jongseob the importance of self-care, self-love, and even the occasional bit of reckless hedonism.
