Summary
Sirens
A humanoid creature known to roam the oceans and lakes. These creatures are known for their alluring, somewhat hypnotic voice and shapeshifting abilities to convince their prey to jump into a body of water (usually fishermen or sailors). They are known to take the shape of beautiful women or someone the victim has romantic feelings for (it is unknown how sirens know these feelings, most likely by some sort of magic they possess). They proceed to devour them once the prey has entered their domain, once a human is fully submerged into the water there is no chance of saving them.
Sirens will first bite their prey and inject a venom that causes the victim to feel intense pleasure and weakens their body so they will not struggle before they are dragged under the water, never to submerge again.
Some sirens have evolved to walk and stray out onto the land for short periods of time if they are desperate enough. The citizens of Oz have yet to figure out why this is starting to occur.

Summary
Imagination is a wonderful thing, people use it to create worlds and stories that rival their own. These said stories often have beasts that either are long gone or just considered myths and legends, their stories lost to time.
One of these imaginative people wondered, hoped, that these beasts existed, they dreamt of horses with magical horns, goblins that lived under bridges, and giant flying lizards that lived on the top of mountains.
This person begged the stars and the moon to find these creatures and prove that she was more than just some silly child with too much imagination, and that magic was real.
People would tell her to quit trying, that these mythical beasts were simply stories and that she should give up on her dream of finding them, that she should be realistic. But this child was incredibly stubborn, and she was going to prove everyone wrong.
Little did this child know that she wouldn’t only find the magical beasts that once roamed the skies,
She’d become one.

Summary
Rumi has always known exactly who she is. What she was supposed to be and what her purpose on this earth was.
A popstar on stage, pleasing the fans for a strong Honmoon. Perfect in the eye of the beholder.
A soldier off the stage, trained and hardened to fight the demons that threatened the souls of those she held dear. Hunting the very thing that held the deepest part of her shame in a chokehold.
A mistake that never should have existed in the first place. Doomed to right her wrongs and get forgiveness from the world for her horrible nature.
But one mission doesn’t go as planned, as Rumi stumbles upon one thing that could easily blow away everything she had been born to believe.
A terrified child, the epitome of innocence and most in need of protection. With burning yellow eyes and purple scars.
And Rumi hesitates, just once. Which is all it takes to make everything go to shit.
or: What if, instead of meeting Jinu, Rumi finds a little demon child that makes her question everything she and her group stand for? Everything Celine had told her to hide.

Jinu stared at her like she was speaking greek. "You mean you really haven't told your pack mates you're a demon yet?"
Rumi sputtered, the tips of her ears turning pink. "W-what do you... Pack mates?"
Now Jinu was definitely staring at her like she came from Mars. After a beat he sighed, long and dramatic- as if finally realizing that he had chosen to approach the most oblivious dumbass on the planet. At this point it wasn't even funny anymore, just sad.
"Your pack mates." He repeated, like saying it again would magically help her to understand. "You know, the two you've imprinted on?"
Rumi choked, patterns flaring as her brain short circuited. "Huh?"

Or, my take on the idea of a Rumi that is much more affected by her demonic heritage. Complete with appropriate levels of thristing from her (totally platonic) friends she just happens to be magically bonded to, far too much lore and world-building from what was supposed to be a crack fic, and a helpful dose of sapphic pining.
