Summary
Sam and Dean have managed to mostly avoid the topic of their alpha/omega dynamics since they hit the road together again to find dad and avenge mom's and Jess' deaths. That is until a stranger tells Sam about the danger Dean is in if he doesn't give his body what it needs. Sam does what he does best - research, and with understanding more comes the realisation that his brother truly needs him in ways he's not dared hope for before. All he has to do now is convince Dean that he's not invincible and that he's worthy of Sam's care. Should be a piece of cake, right?

Dean is an Omega who has used suppressants to hide that fact since he first presented. When Sam presented as an Alpha, Dean knew in his soul that he'd found his Alpha, but there were a couple of problems with that. First was the fact that Sam certainly didn't seem to see him as anything but his brother. Second was that Sam didn't even know Dean was an Omega.
Eleven years of suppressants and finally they fail. Dean goes into heat on a trip to see Sam at college. What will he do when he discovers he's pregnant with Sam's pup, and will they ever work it out?
