    Summary

    The Breaking Dawn was an action novel that was once one of the best pieces of fiction Mydei had ever read.

    Until everything suddenly went downhill as the story took a big change. The chapters became dull and repetitive, all previous character development was thrown away in favor of the new genre that wasn't even listed in the novel's online page.

    But now Mydei was transmigrated into such a trashy novel, and as a side villain that was destined to die by the hands of the protagonist.

    Summary

    It starts with the Sabzeruz Festival loops.

    …More specifically, it starts with the modifications he’d made to his own Akasha terminal for the ease of personal use. A tiny, innocuous decision Kaveh had made as a student, now spiraling out of control more than a decade later as it sets him on a collision course with an imprisoned Archon, a nationwide conspiracy, and the forgotten truths of Sumeru’s history.

    (In which Kaveh falls in love with his roommate, participates in a coup, and reawakens with the memories of a long-dead god. Not necessarily in that order.)

    Summary

    Mydei knew that while maybe Cipher wouldn’t mind a prank or two along these lines, someone like Aglaea wouldn’t dare. His mind reeled back instantly to Kephale’s statue, bereft of its usual reassuring glow.

    “Lord Mydei,” Castorice chimed in gently. “Are you sure a ‘Phainon’ wasn’t a comrade you made during your time in the Kremnoan detachment? Perhaps this is the dysphoria that comes with waking from Death.”

    “Phainon of Aedes Elysiae, Deliverer of Amphoreus,” Mydei gritted out. “This isn’t something I say in either jest or confusion. He is one of us. The Chrysos Heir to carry Kephale’s coreflame. Where is he?”

    “There hasn’t been a Chrysos Heir devoted to Kephale in more than a millennia,” Anaxa said thoughtfully, “The coreflame was brought and returned by the Trailblazer.”

    Summary

    “Khaslana,” Mydei responds, his voice hesitant as his finger finally dips down to press over the injury Khaslana had previously been hiding.

    Over the startling crack in his skin.

    Oh.

    Khaslana’s eyes widen, his arm shooting out to grip Mydei’s wrist. Mydei offers no protest, simply staring, frozen in shock.

    “You’re…breaking,” Mydei mutters, so quietly.

    Khaslana screws his eyes shut.

    “You weren’t supposed to see.”

    Or: Khaslana trudges through millions of cycles, stealing Coreflames and losing himself all while he clings to the memories from his original Flame-Chase Journey, and of his original Mydeimos.

    Summary

    Mydei happened upon the book by accident.

    He was wandering in Marmoreal Market, alone missing his Deliver. When he entered a book store. Nothing really caught his eye, as his fingers dragged across the spines of books, until he found the book titled “The Small Towns off the Coast of Okhema”

    He picked it up and started to flip through it idly, out of curiosity and nothing more.

    Then he almost dropped it out of his hands.

    “On the Gold Coast, wheat fields ripple as if the wind dipped its hand through pools of gold. In the center of these fields lay Aedes Elysiae, one of the smallest coastal towns…”

    His Deliver’s Aedes Elysiae!

    ~~~~~
    Or 5 times Mydei read about Aedes Elysiae and the one time Phainon told him about it.
