The first layer of the gallery was Brucie Wayne. Roses, cedarwood, and expensive refreshers. A man who only lets on so much for the sake of his public image. The second layer of him was The Bat. Kelvar, ozone, and Gotham's dirtied rain. A symbol of unfaltering justice for those who need it. And the third.. the third layer of the mask was Bruce. Just Bruce. A person whose tragedy had shaped him into the man that he was today, a man who locks his emotions into a vault because he views them as weaknesses.
A man who is afraid of being found.."
After the disastrous incident in space, the world's symbol of hope loses his sight of the world, a dawn no longer bright to him. He must navigate through the darkness with one of his fellow Justice League members, Bruce Wayne and grasp his way back into the light. But there is always another hidden layer to things, and as the facades stip away, The Man Of Steel and The Caped Crusader find themselves anchoring each other more than they'd ever realize.

Summary
Kryptonians are not human. It’s easy to forget, even for Clark. That being an alien means more than his powers. There are traits rooted into the DNA, coming out in the subconscious, until not even Clark notices. Kryptonians, among other things, build Bowers for their mates, beautiful homes to settle into. It’s more than a tradition, it’s a way of life.
When Clark begins to redecorate, he doesn't know why it matters so much to him. And why it matters even more when Bruce doesn’t even care. -
