For its torso, He bent a silver thimble into slopes and edges that could hold a red marble at the center. He blew cold gusts into its rifts to clean them from dust and spilled boiling water into them to keep the warmth. He poured patience on its head and let it settle. He pressed love onto its chest and let it linger.

Clark Kent was the absolute worst. Not only was he frustratingly patient and endlessly thoughtful, but he was also blessed with indescribably good looks.
It was a nightmare.
