There’s supposed to be a method to turning someone. Befriend them, first. Decide they’re worth immortality. Then the initial bite, with enough venom to stop their heart and start the transformation. Their heart should restart within twenty four hours - if it doesn’t, the turn didn’t take, and they’re just dead.
Once the turn has started, the vampire has twelve hours to prepare everything. Maybe thirteen, but no more than sixteen. At the twelfth hour, the half-turned vampire must be fed vampire blood - preferably from their coven, but an enemy’s can work in a pinch - and buried for a time. This process repeats until the fledgling is fully coherent when woken, and entirely dead.Technoblade’s Turning is scuffed from the start.

Tim Drake has made his career out of the improbable. The whole, Bruce-Is-In-The-Timestream Incident, for one. Ra's Al Ghul, and the multiple secret identities of fellow heroes and even some villains as another, and really, they should make more of an effort to hide if they didn't want him to know.
This scenario was equally improbable. His parents, essentially parent-trapping him? Mega-Yikes, as the kids would say. No-Cap, Tim would reply, if only to watch Jon stutter and try to explain "that isn't how you use that word!"
In any case, Tim can handle two surprise siblings. Especially supposed civilians. Maybe it'll go poorly, but hey, it can't be any worse than his first meetings with Jason and Damian.Right?
