    Wheeljack blinks, stalled out. He turns the words over in his processor several times, and then, when they finally register, he feels slightly hysterical. There’s no way that’s actually what’s happening. Ultra Magnus is not in heat.

    If it were any other mech standing in front of him, Wheeljack would laugh uproariously in their face. But Ratchet’s gaze is pinning and fierce and would instantly cower a lesser mech, and his tone is the no-nonsense one he only uses when somebody’s dying, and suddenly the hysteria passes and Wheeljack’s tanks are twisting for an entirely different reason.

    Ultra Magnus is in heat, and he asked you to relieve him.
