Jones chose that moment to stride into the office, his gaze shifting between Sara and Jazz with an amused smirk. "Damn Caffrey, where do you keep finding all these lovely ladies?"
It took his brain a moment to boot up before he understood. "Oh, no, it’s not what you're thinking." He quickly gestured towards Jazz. "That’s my sister, Jasmine."
Sara exhaled a relieved sigh and relaxed in his hold. "You're usually much better at reading people, Caffrey."
"Well, I’m usually not caught up in a misunderstanding about flirting with my sister," he retorted, before shooting his sister an accusing glance. "And you, you could’ve said something."
Jazz held up her hands in innocence. “No, this was much funnier. I finally understand why Sam kept calling you and Danny, Clueless #1.”

Silently, Neal hoisted his foot with the anklet back onto the table, hitching up his pant leg to reveal the tracking device. "I'm bound to a two-mile radius."
She let out a low whistle, an impressed grin spreading across her face. "Wow, what did you get up to?"
"Alleged bond forgery," Neal divulged, lowering his foot back to the floor. He looked up at his fellow clone, "You don't seem shocked."
She snorted in response, "Guess kleptomania runs in the family. Bond forgery though." She turned to Peter, "Was he any good at it?"

The world froze. No, absolutely not. He couldn't have. 9 months?
He was about to go into a full-blown panic when the door opened once more, and suddenly Izuku understood.
In the doorway stood his mom, but that wasn't what caught his attention. No, it was the distinctly not 20-year-old Bakugou Katsuki, standing there holding a bouquet of sunflowers.

Matt walks into his apartment without knocking while Foggy is listing off the ways he’s been spreading Hell’s influence in New York to the grainy voice coming from his microwave (they haven’t figured out cellphones yet), which usually involves saying things that he’s seen people doing to each other and taking credit but there are a few fun additions to this one.
Matt sits down on the sofa to wait, turning around when Foggy says he aided and abetted a murder to mouth, “Murder?” at him with his eyebrows knit together.
Foggy rolls his eyes and holds up a finger, mouthing back, “A minute.”
After he wraps with a story about making all milk spoil in a ten mile radius right before breakfast and a mostly flat “Hail Satan,” Matt immediately says, “You murdered someone?”

Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.
