Lena hasn’t asked why Kara wanted to do this. She suspects it has something to do with the primordial urge to pester siblings. She has no experience of her own she can compare it with. No accumulated data to run an analysis against.
Lex skipped the harmless prank phase entirely, and went straight into murder.

And just to make things worse, or better, whichever, it just happened to be the woman that Kara had been crushing on for almost a year now. That woman just paid a silly amount of money to be held in her alter ego’s arms. Kara was doing everything she could to not read too much into that. Lena just feebly waved in reply.

This is truly magnificent. I adore how you've taken, what has started to become a bit tired, the story of Bella arriving in Forks and turned it into an utterly new spin, engaging and captivating.
I'm frustrated that I've ran out of chapters, and baring a few missed words and the very rare typo your writing is elegant, descriptive without being flowery and immersive.
Making Bella a transsexual was new for me, however strangely, it fits her personality from the books and movies perfectly. I look forward to learning more about what she's been through and going through as she seems to have very little issues around it, other than her parents and how it impacts her chances of making out with Alice.
This is the beginnings of a truly great book, and I can't wait - literally - for more to come. Please write (lots) more and soon.
