He sometimes had difficulty understanding people’s true intentions when they weren’t clear with their words, and now Jayce seemed particularly secretive about his intentions. In any case, getting lost along the way was no longer an option, judging by the way he shook his head and walked with determined steps to stand in front of Viktor.
His body froze as he felt a finger holding his chin up, forcing him to look into his eyes.

“I wanted to see with my own eyes the scientist who created such incredible work.” He said in a low voice, his skin light against Viktor’s, and yet the smaller man found himself unable to pull away from him. “I didn’t imagine he’d be so cute.”
