Summary
While preparing for the war Vox will wage on heaven he realizes that Valentino is ignoring him. He knows he hasn’t been the most attentive or the nicest but a little, off handed apology will fix that…right?
A.K.A: Vox, spurred by his abandonment issues, has to genuinely apologize for the ‘island language’ bullshit and is forced to come to terms with the fact that he’s in love with Valentino and can’t live without him. This isn’t very easy because as we know, ‘Vox’ and ‘being vulnerable’ don’t exactly mix well.Bookmarked by Eve474

Summary
The man in front of him placed his hand on the rolled down window. Vincent rolled it down a bit more.
“Hey, baby. You lookin’ for service? I got some here, where and what are you thinki–”
Vincent interrupted him. “How much for a hug?”
The man blinked at him dumbfoundedly, clearly struck by surprise. “A…what?”
“A hug.” He repeated. “And maybe some of your time. Do you sell that?”
OR; Vincent has a little drink late into the evening. He decides he should go seek out a prostitute for some minimal comfort, obviously.

Summary
“What the fuck,” Velvette says, stomping forward, “is wrong with you, Vee?!”
“What’s wrong with you?!” he demands right back. “If it weren’t for you two, we’d be drinking margaritas up in Heaven right now!”
“Oh, sure,” she says, rolling her eyes so hard he’s shocked they don’t pop right out of her doll head. “And would that be before or after you killed us all with that nuke?!”
Or: The Vees, after the battle.

Summary
He isn’t expecting the way Valentino walks, for some reason. Maybe it’s the extra limbs. Maybe it’s the wings. Maybe it’s the heels. Vox had skipped briefly through a few of the slut’s movies, for research, and isn’t expecting the way Valentino moves in person to feel so…
Different.
“…You must be my four o’clock,” he says, standing and offering a hand. Oh, shit, he’s huge. Valentino towers over him, easily would without the stripper heels. Vox is not afraid of heights.

(in the same universe as "Hail, Horrors, Hail," but absolutely not necessary to read for this one)
