Izuku Midoriya has spent his entire life hiding the fact he was an Omega, after all, everyone knows an Omega isn't capable of being a Hero or doing anything really useful besides bearing pups, raising pups, and on certain occasions being doctors or nurses. Finding out his favorite hero was also an Omega had been a shock, but he'd been thrilled and relieved he could finally follow his dreams.
That is all dashed when he sacrifices himself for Bakugou, getting himself kidnapped by the League of Villains in the process. But it doesn't end there, it doesn't take long before he goes into heat, and the only one around is All For One.
