Summary
Jud walks along the side of the road for at least half an hour, dressed in yesterday's vestments, underprepared for the slowly-thawing October morning, before a familiar Mercedes pulls alongside him.
He's been praying the whole time, which is the only reason he doesn't immediately chuck a rock at one of the doubtless-expensive windows. He wonders if Blanc deduced the perfect moment to arrive somehow, through some calculus of emotion or some sort of fantastical hearing aid trained on his breath.
Maybe Jud is just that predictable. Just that mechanical. Just that controlled by the obvious tendencies of his human flesh.
"I was wondering if you might perhaps be in need of a ride back to your parish, or if you're still working on the god part of your forgiveness."
"God forgives." Jud sighs. "It's not up to us to work for it."
He reaches for the door handle, and carefully doesn't look at Blanc who doesn't quite hide his satisfaction.
OR
Jud Duplenticy doesn't really have any friends. Nobody he's not bound to by obligation. Maybe in another world, Benoit Blanc could fill the role. He certainly keeps coming back to visit. But for some reason, he refuses to open up to Father Jud.

Summary
“But what matters is that you’re still here,” will smiled, “and you still think we can be friends.”
What.
Friends??
“Friends? No thanks.” Mike sternly stated.
Will’s smile dropped, he looked terrified.
Shit.
“Shit, will.” Mike stammered, “what I mean is..”
Here goes nothing, “I- I don’t want to be.. your Tammy.”

Summary
“Her eyes rolled back,” Eddie chokes out, “all the way– back in her head. And– then her nose started bleeding. And then… then she… she started… she started floating.”
Mike remembers flying through endless darkness, being distantly aware that he was hurtling toward a plane of existence that would drive him completely insane, screaming for Bill to take his hand as he caught a glimpse of a light that mocked the living trapped behind a wall of shadow membrane, a dead light, deadlights–
On the other end of the United States, his twin brother rubs at the scar on his forehead and wonders what Mike is up to.
—
When Vecna starts shaking up the town of Hawkins, Mike Wheeler remembers a spider staring ruby red hatred at him underneath downtown Derry, Maine, and he calls his brother.
It’s when the Losers Club arrives in Hawkins that things truly start to get interesting, indeed. Because between the Losers’ fire and the Party’s ice, who the hell else, really, could beat the devil twice?

Summary
Maine was supposed to offer them a fresh start. A clean slate. Bob’s parents had apparently kept their old house on the market for months, and only when they signed the papers did Will realize what that meant. The move hadn’t been a spontaneous decision born of panic or fear. It had been planned for a while, and Starcourt was just the final nail in the coffin. It made everything feel more final, indisputable. Like a tidal wave that’s been building and building and he only noticed it once it had already crashed down, tumbling him over loose sand and drowning him in the waves. He hadn’t known much about the town of Derry, Maine, when he’d first heard of it. And by much, he meant nothing at all.

Woah, a Stranger Things x It crossover fic? Who could've come up with such an idea? Jokes aside, this is a fic that attempts to cross over both series in a seamless, logical way. Set after Stranger Things season 3, we follow the Byers after they move from Hawkins, Indiana to the small town of Derry, Maine.
