Fanfic Summary: What if it wasn't the virtues that got themselves corrupted, but an actual cookie corrupted them? Here we meet my OC Corruption Cookie, the one who started the Fall...
After the Ancients awakened and defeated the Beasts, Pure Vanilla Cookie suggested that they could try to redeem the Beasts. The other Ancients eventually agreed and thus the Beasts were on the path to redemption.
Later the kids were running around the castle playing tag when they came across an old door nearly buried in a corridor below the castle. It has the symbol of the virtues inscribed on it so they go to get the Former Beasts and Ancients.
But what they find will change them forever...
FYI - PureShadow, Kids call Pure Vanilla dad, Pure Vanilla calls Shadow Milk Bluebird, angst, fluff, beast siblings.

(This holds to no canon meaning though some canon side and main characters will be mentioned)
The legends have been passed down of a boy raised in a withdrawn beginning and a princess born with immense wisdom and a power to seal away a barbarous evil. The two join forces and defeat the evil entity to return peace to the kingdom. The stories have been questioned and the goddesses and the legends have been put to the test of the withering effects of time as people stray away from their arms and into darkness.
(This story was started mid-2018)
I am no longer in this fandom, will update periodically when I have the energy to not half-bake a chapter

a thick cloud of smoke fills the air as Charles and I struggle to get out of the water, harsh coughs leaving all of us as I try and get the small amount of water out of my lungs. as I struggle out of the water, bringing myself to my feet, I see a large figure in the smoke. "Huh?" Link grunts in confusion a couple of feet away from me. "The fuck?" I see the thing's hands move, bringing it up to its face to stare at the limb. I gasp softly, making a worble leave its mouth as it turns harshly, making eye contact with me. fear fills me, keeping my mouth shut as it backs away. Link seems to be in the same boat, his eyes wide with no sound leaving him. the creature jumps upward, the glass of the ceiling breaking. the hold on Link seems to break as he rushes forward, grabbing his camera. he whistles loudly, his favorite way of calling my name. "I'm fine!" I call out, a shiver wracking my body from my soaked clothes and hair.
