Summary
Ellie has three options after Santa Barbara: walk into the woods to end the misery of her existence, search for anyone out there who can make good on Fireflies’ promise to the world, or go back to Jackson to make things right with her family. She decides that the right choice has nothing to do with saving the world or finding a way out of it.
