Summary
There was a singular, unsettling experience I had, several years ago, that I have never before committed to paper as there has been no reason to do so. It is not something suitable for publication, nor is it something that I particularly enjoy to remember since it took place during those dark years after returning from Switzerland, alone. Nevertheless, as of late I find myself thinking on it frequently; my mind is drawn to it as a compass is drawn north.

Instead of getting crushed in the garage door, Tatum turns around and takes on Ghostface.And then she takes on the other one, because what else is she going to do? Leave Sidney to die? Even if Tatum weren't coming to terms with her crush at the most inconvenient time possible, that would be a jerk move.

Before, they were only as close as Billy let anyone get, but lately the distance between them has been shrinking. He’s not the kind of guy who likes to talk about himself. Mostly he listens, prods, collects, but never offers. He learned young that when you’ve got a brain like he does you can’t afford to tell people what you’re thinking or how you really feel. Stu isn’t one of those people though, Stu has to keep his thoughts secret too and now this is theirs to keep, between them.
This is mostly only going to be in cannon with the first movie (the movie 3 retcon is not for me), but may also diverge in some places, especially when we get to the events closer to the end of the first movie. More specific tags and warnings will be in the end of chapter notes.Series
