    The newlyweds were hugging against the door of the dark room, kissing slowly. The feeling of Katara's lips on his was a feeling he would never get tired of. Her kisses were like alcohol and he would gladly get drunk to keep tasting them.

    But at that moment, the union of their lips with his had been totally different from usual: they were clumsy, nervous and shy. Aang had felt the change, although it had not been difficult for him to notice, because he was also feeling the same as her:

    It was their wedding night, where they were finally going to consummate their marriage. Most couples looked forward to that moment with anticipation, but they had been waiting for it with horror.

    "It's not, it's just an offer from your best friend so you won't be embarrassed when you kiss a girl in the future."

    "And where do I sign?"

    She was used to the occasional flirting with Aang, but most of the time it was pretty clear they were just teasing Sokka. But at that precise moment, Katara didn't know if this was one of those jokes or not.

    She turned to him and with what little courage she had left, said, "On my lips."

    When Katara got drunk, she'd cling to Aang's side like a purple pentapus, and as long as she stayed drunk, there was really no removing her.

    Again, not that he's complaining, but it did make his job of making sure no one got too out of hand a lot harder when his amazing and very beautiful, very attractive girlfriend was snuggling him much like she would when they're in bed together.

    Anyway, Katara was mumbling something into his ear, but he couldn't make it out because of the growing commotion Suki and Toph were making to his right, with Toph trying to goad Suki into a rematch that she would definitely lose again.

    "What was that, sweetie?"

    "I said you. Me. Baby. Tonight. Let's go."

    The Gaang celebrates Republic City's rebuilding with a night of drinking. Cue Drunk Master Katara clinging to her boyfriend Avatar Aang like there's no tomorrow.
