Phil is given a book as a tool for his sudden ascension to godhood, and immediately uses it to fix his mistakes as a parent. Right after he writes a dick joke, anyways.
Turns out changing all of human society and culture with the powers of god can have unintended consequences. Phil is not prepared for the horniness, but he'd do anything for his kids.
