Post-war but pre-timeskip
Things have somewhat settled after the war and when Katsuki hears about a festival they're having in town, he asks Izuku to go check it out with him as a way to try and cheer his friend up, seeing as Izuku is still struggling with the aftermath of the war and Katsuki hopes a fun day out will help bring the old Izuku back!
On the way there they also happen to run into their old friends from back when they were kids and it leads to some interesting conversations.
Also featuring: lots of blushing, teasing and two pining boys!
