It hasn't always been like that, the two Altmer used to be good friends. But now Nirya has nothing good at all to say about Faralda. And a certain Thalmor agent was not entirely uninvolved in driving the two women apart.“Fuck the Thalmor”, she spat, meaning every word of it.
He raised his brows in surprise, but a broad smile spread on his features. With few wide strides, he returned to her side and stood before her. Faralda did not back away and withstood his gaze. In amazement she watched, as he pulled his black leather gloves from his fingers and let them fall to the ground. Seeing the skin of his hands for the first time, made her shiver.

Summary
The previous Nerevarine passed birthing the next, who grows up in the Argonian Mission in Ebonheart. It was happy enough an upbringing, though despite the Argonians' best effort she still feels as though she is missing something.
At thirteen, Haj-deek is told who she is, and why her mother left her in the care of the Argonian Mission. She is given both the journal of her mother and the moon-and-star ring. She slips the ring on, the memories return...and she realizes that while she DOES have a family, it is her destiny to destroy them.
The Queen of Dawn and Dusk should really have known better.

Longer, non-diary version of "A Heart Divided," but starts after the 4th diary entry.
Sadara entered Red Mountain and found within it the opposite of what she expected. Dagoth Ur was willing to help her fill in the gaps of the memories of Indoril Nerevar, but the more she learned the less she wanted to do what she came for.
One night with a bottle of Dagoth Brandy is all it takes to begin the fall into something as sweet and forbidden as moon sugar.
And climbing out will be the most painful thing she has ever done.
