    Summary

    To celebrate graduation, Luo Binghe invites some of his friends to spend a few days at his family's countryside house. Along with his classmates and friends, Luo Binghe also invites Shen Qingqiu, a PhD student who tutors him privately.

    However, upon arriving at the house, they notice that not only is there no signal, but the van they used to get there has broken down, leaving them stuck for three days until their parents realize they haven’t returned. Despite one of the girls disappearing into the forest, Luo Binghe tries to keep everyone calm during those three days by offering to cook delicious meals for them.

    (But… if Shen Qingqiu was fully aware that they hadn’t brought any meat on this trip, how… was Luo Binghe preparing dishes with meat?)

    Or: a Halloween slasher fanfic where Luo Binghe is a “bit” obsessed with Shen Qingqiu — and also, a “bit” possessive.

    Bilbo smiled sadly, watching as the countless talks they had, about what taking back the mountain meant to them, faded from view, as Thorin said those words.

    “It’s okay, Thorin, you don’t have to explain yourself to me. It’s understandable. We can...” He hesitates, the words felt like sandpaper crawling up his throat. “We can go back to being friends… No worries.”

    “But,” Thorin hesitates too, as Bilbo looks at him expectantly. “You’ll stay in Erebor, right? To help as everything settles, bunnel (treasure of treasures).”

    Bilbo and Thorin had been together in secret and made the decision to break it off for the Kingdom's sake. Will they be able to stay away from each other or realize they made a big mistake?

    Shen Yuan turns into a bona fide fanboy— and wins a meet and greet with his favourite idol, Luo Binghe. It turns out, he's not the only one that's excited.

    Luo Binghe makes eye contact with him, and his eyes widen. He beckons over the assistant and whispers furiously to him, before looking up with a surprised expression. Shen Yuan’s brain has gone offline so he doesn’t fully process what’s happening till Luo Binghe breaks out into a wide grin and launches himself forward, sweeping Shen Yuan into a bear-hug.

    Shen Yuan squawks and awkwardly wraps his hands around Luo Binghe, unsure of what is happening but entirely sure he is dreaming. Luo Binghe draws back and says, “I can’t believe we’re meeting again, Shen-ge,” and it turns out that Shen Yuan’s daydreams were not so unrealistic after all.

    Shen Yuan isn't built for this. But in the wake of an unfortunate and 'accidental' fire that took out his one man firm, and Shen Jiu's unexpected quitting - he suddenly lands himself in his meaner twin's shoes. No one knows what to do with the carbon copy of Shen Jiu who's words are sweet and face always cracked into a smile, especially not when he proves brutally competent despite his nepotistic rise to senior partner. Least of all Shen Jiu's most reviled junior associate Luo Binghe, who suddenly finds himself on the receiving end of a mouth just as quick to smile as it is to chastise.

    Mobei Jun had tried to visit before. When Shang Qinghua had told him he wouldn’t be going home for Chinese New Year he’d tried to go and visit him instead, but he’d refused – his dorm room wasn’t big enough, he’d be super busy with studying, one of his friends had invited him to celebrate with his family, etc etc. All lies, of course. Shang Qinghua didn’t have a single friend.

    Or: in which Shang Qinghua and Mobei Jun are childhood friends, but they drift apart during their first year of university. Or, well, at least until Mobei Jun intervenes.
