Summary

Emily clutched the book carefully to her chest. “Thank you so much, Alastor! I promise I’ll return it in great condition!”
“Yes, I’m sure you’ll take excellent care of it. And in exchange, you’ll have to tell me what you thought of it over coffee sometime.”
“It’s a deal!” she said, before her own words caught up to her. Her eyes rounded.
Alastor, though? His expression was all teeth. “Tempting, but I’ll have to pass. You ought to be a little more careful with those words around here, doll. A dealmaker could get to thinking that you don’t find him dangerous.”
“Oh, no, no! I know you are! You’re like, the most dangerous demon in H—” Her voice got a bit too breathy at the end there and hey, was the room spinning a little? Also, was Hell in another heatwave? Because the world was tilting and she was sweating, barely managing to shut up before she dug herself a deeper hole. The hallway’s shadows deepened, Alastor’s eyes gleaming brighter to pierce through the gloom.
“Oh? You think so?” The casualness of his tone was a courtesy at best. He had never sounded more threatening, not even when he’d been matter of factly monologuing while dismembering those alligator demons last week.

“Hello?” Charlie calls out warily. She isn’t usually so timid, but since the Extermination, her guard has been up. For all she knows, this could be a trick of some kind.
There’s no response.
“Stay here,” Vaggie says. She takes up her spear and goes forward to the crater. Her reaction to whatever is inside of it doesn’t take very long.
Just from where she’s standing, Charlie can see every muscle in Vaggie’s body tense up.
“Oh, fuck…”
That doesn’t sound good, and it’s enough to get Charlie moving. She rushes over. “What? What is it? What— oh dear god…!”
Well. She was half-right in her worries because there is an angel here, lying in the crater, but this is no Exorcist. And it’s not just any angel, either.
It’s….a seraphim.
When the angels cast Emily out, demons are the one to pick her back up.

Summary
Emily fell down to Hell, no one knowing why or what to do.
Charlie finds her and takes her back to the Hazbin Hotel in hopes of giving her a safe place to figure what she wants to do in Hell.
Emily takes this chance to learn more about Hell and the sinners within it, as time passes by, Emily realizes she doesn't exactly look like Lucifer who was a fellow fallen angel, it occurs to her maybe she's down there for a different reason.
