    Summary

After the war, Rosalie Potter only knows how to survive—not how to live.

Haunted by the ghosts of those she couldn’t save, hiding away from the world at Grimmauld Place, Rosie has become a shadow of the Girl Who Lived. But Death has not forgotten his Mistress—and when an accident in her potion lab hurls her across time and space, Rosie lands in the war-torn North of Westeros… right in front of Robb Stark and his army.

Robb sees more than just a mystery in the strange witch who fell from the sky. He sees power. Purpose. And something far more dangerous—hope.

She agrees to help him win his war. He swears to help her find her way home. But neither expects the pull between them—or how it might change the fate of two worlds forever.

Ilya is plummeting to his death when he closes his eyes, heart full of regret.

When he opens them in what feels like just a second later, he is standing outside a rink in Regina, Saskatchewan. There’s a banner on the building across the street:

    World Junior Hockey Championship 2008.

    What?

    Summary

Shrugging one shoulder far more casually than he possibly feels, Ilya says, “I like both. Is secret, okay?”

    “Okay,” Hollander says, voice tiny.

He doesn’t say anything else. The air’s so heavy around them that it feels like being in the middle of a scrum, the weight and heat of all those bodies pressing down on you. Danger always feels like hockey; it’s the most dangerous thing Ilya knows, except for this. Everything dangerous in his life involves men’s bodies and just how close he can get to them. Closer than he probably should.

In Juniors, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov are set up as hockey's biggest rivals. There's just one problem - after Shane unexpectedly drops out of the 2009 draft, they both end up being signed by the Boston Raiders. And, as it turns out, it's a lot harder to avoid your feelings for someone when you see them every single day.

    Summary

Rozanov cocked his head. “You speak Russian? Or just the curse words?”

“Yes, I speak Russian,” he snapped, defensive and angry. He knew that it had been a mistake to even try to be friendly with Rozanov. “Why? Do I not look Russian to you?” He scoffed.

“No, not really,” Rozanov said. Some of his teammates laughed, although they mostly looked surprised that Shane was speaking to them at all. Rozanov didn’t laugh, though. “Are you Russian?”

    “Go fuck yourself.”

Despite an inauspicious start, when Russia’s Ilya Rozanov learns that Canada’s Shane Hollander is fluent in Russian at their first World Junior Championships tournament, it changes everything and sets them on a different course. Instead of being branded as rivals from the very beginning, Ilya and Shane start off as friends.

And, after all, a little friendly rivalry never hurt anyone, did it?
