Summary
This is basically a rewrite of Teen Wolf after Season 2. Lots of wish fulfillment. I kept a lot of season 3b because I really liked that one, but yeah... Stiles is an awkward badass, Scott is a good friend and person all around, Peter is creepy but helpful, and Derek is not a natural at leading but he really cares about his pack. The rape/non-con thing isn't graphic, just mentioned.

Stiles counts.
He has ten fingers, five on each hand.
His heart is beating out of his chest, fast, yet present. He is alive. He can’t sleep, but he’s alive.
That’s a lie. He slept for three hours then woke up in a cold sweat, his chest tight and his own rapid heartbeat in his ears. He won’t even try to go back to sleep; knows the drill by now, this too-familiar panicked sensation that means he’s out of control of his own body, yet perfectly safe at the same time.
“Stiles?”
Derek’s voice is like a warm blanket wrapping around him. Stiles looks down at his boyfriend, who gazes up at him sleepily in return, tugging him impossibly closer by the arm he already has wrapped around his waist. They can’t bear to part with each other, even in sleep.
