Nia jumped, causing the knife to slip from her hand. The Mauri became utterly silent. The only sound that continued was the thumping of Tuk’s tail as the young girl slept. Jake stared at Neytiri, gun still in hand from polishing the exterior. Lo’ak and Kiri looked at each other, lost for words. Nia looked into Neytiri’s eyes before looking away, sliding over the knife and the rest of the yovo fruit over and slowly began making her way to the hut’s entrance. Jake stood from his spot.
“Nia wait—“
“I may look like him…” the girl’s voice quavered. She balled up her fist, and took a deep breath before saying:
“But I am not him..” she finished. And as she turned around, her eyes was filled to the brim with tears, ears flattened. Nia looked at Neytiri, and sprinted off. All ears flickered towards Kiri, who scoffed.
“How could you do that!?!” The young teen got up, and ran after the young girl.

Nia Jaxx, just turned 16, fresh out of Brooklyn, New York and into a new location she had never heard of before. It was a secluded city plastered in the middle of Hawaii, hidden from the world. Nia didn’t understand this, but this was where her and her parents were going to be living at for the next 20 years. Summary
The Force works in mysterious ways it seems. No matter the circumstances, something has to happen in order for a miracle to occur. A young girl, 15 to be exact, from the slums of Coruscant, Level 1313, gets taken in by the Jedi when a mission goes wrong on Oba Diah with her adoptive mother being imprisoned by the Republic as the result. It wasn’t even meant to happen, the mission going wrong, but it put the young girl in the path to be seen by the Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi to be specific.
Sar’Mari Dara, a mixed Togruta and human, a weird mixed hybrid she was. Just an ordinary girl to be revealed to have the Force and was offered to be trained. She never believed in the Jedi or the way of the force, seeing as her living conditions before wasn’t so great and she felt they never cared for her or the people down there. But she sees that the Jedi isn’t so bad. She gain friendships, possibly a relationship, but sooner or later, the dirt under the rug will come up. She will soon realize she’s closer to some people than she thought.
What will happen when this unfolds?

Summary
Part 1: Founded Purpose: A girl who grew up in a dying world. Whose parents left her to join a war and some science pukes on a world they so easily abandoned her for. One would say their heart would be so cold after so much pain and suffering for long time, 16 years to be exact.
She believed she had no purpose. Just another body waiting to go into the dirt just like everyone else who couldn’t afford to make it to the new world, a place where you can’t even breath the air.
Oh but what’s this? Suddenly her own world was shaken when she opened her eyes and saw a billion stars, something she couldn’t see on her home planet.
She heard a voice. Something about gifts and having a better life. Wait..who’s Neteyam?
Part 2: A Mother nurtures. It’s what gives her meaning.
“You weren’t what I planned, baby, but that doesn’t make you any less loved.”
The little life growing inside her never asked to be made. But here they were anyway. And sure, she wished it had happened out of love, not what it came from. But that was alright. Because this child would still know love—real love.
But then—flashes. A lab. A mask. Her own curly hair. Strange faces.

Neteyam was the oldest. This meant taking responsibility when no one else would or when things went wrong. And with his family, things often would.
In only a couple weeks they'll go from the concrete jungle that is New York, to the beaches of Hawaii. Not everyone was taking it well.
But for Neteyam, this meant a fresh start, a chance to branch out, and figure out who he wants to be. If only his family didn't make it so damn difficult.
