Summary
When Alastor returns to his childhood home after living overseas for years, he is excited to discover that his childhood friend Lucifer is still in town. However, much has changed since he left. The once cheerful and sweet child he had known has grown into a cold and distant adult who hides away in his vast mansion. When Alastor attempts to reconnect with him, things turn sour. It is only later that he realises the mistake he had made, for his childhood friend had changed in more than one way.

Summary
He observed with avid fascination as Lucifer’s lips, pale and unyielding, finally met the cool edge of the chalice. The rich, red wine, a symbol of redemption and sacrifice, began its slow, deliberate flow, tracing a path between those lips. Alastor’s eyes narrowed almost imperceptibly, his breath held captive in his chest, as he watched Lucifer’s Adam's apple bob, a stark, vulnerable movement as he swallowed the holy liquid.
As Father Alastor slowly, deliberately, pulled the chalice away, his gaze remained riveted on Lucifer. He watched, with an almost perverse satisfaction, as a single, defiant drop of wine, dark as spilled blood, streamed from the corner of Lucifer’s mouth. It cut a stark, crimson path down the pale column of Lucifer’s throat, a visible stain against his alabaster skin, before finally soaking into the pristine fabric of his collar.

Summary
Vox discovers that Lucifer doesn’t watch television because it “scrambles the brain”, so he plots to break the King of Hell’s will and bring him to his knees. Meanwhile, Alastor and Lucifer deal with odd and confusing feelings towards each other after the latter heals the former’s angelic wound. Unbeknownst to everyone, Lucifer sufferes a negative side effect from his charitable act.

Summary
Lucifer has wanted a child since he saw Eve and Adam have their own children. He has shared his desire with Lilith, feeling so embarrassed by this selfish demand. Against all of Lucifer’s expectations, Lilith accepts to try to have a child with Lucifer. His hopes are so short lived when months pass trying to get Lucifer pregnant but nothing. Lilith proposes to Lucifer to try to have a child with anyone else than her but he refuses at first, not wanting a child with someone else than his wife. Years, decades, centuries, even, pass and nothing. Lucifer resigns himself and asks Lilith to organise something for him to meet other sinners to fuck.
