Summary
Scaramouche is sick of this "how's it going" schtick these Americans got going on. He also hates how they pronounce words and think it's right. They're all stubborn, just like him, but he's stubborn in his own right. Everything about America that he hates comes to him in the condensed form of a person named Childe, who, for whatever reason, doesn't want to leave Scaramouche alone. Maybe part of it has to do with fate.
An unstoppable force meets a immovable object. It's bound to be a love story.

Lyney brought both of his hands out from behind. He popped off the button that tethered the glove to his right hand. He pinched the middle finger’s seam, and tugged, unsheathing like a sword. It was slow, each second dragging, the sight of unblemished skin teasing. Undressing the leather and suede glove revealed dainty fingers and a wrist that Wriothesley could easily wrap his thumb and index finger around. In his left hand now laid his limp glove.
With his naked hand, he reached forward, grabbing Wriothesley’s tie. Wriothesley sucked in a breath. His thumb swirled, duly studying the tie’s crimson fabric.
“Silk. . .” Lyney muttered. Wriothesley watched the magician’s fingers and eyes slowly sneak upward. Once his fingers gripped the tie’s knot, their eyes locked. Wriothesley swallowed.
Wriothesley is in a loving marriage with his high school sweetheart, however there is a certain magician distracting him.

Alhaitham keeps falling asleep in Kaveh's bed. Normally, for someone as well adjusted as Kaveh, this wouldn't be a problem.

This proves that Nod-Krai's stories about "moonmad" Fae whisking alphas away never to be seen again are just that: stories. They have to be, because the Fae in those stories—creatures of light and hunger that smell sweeter than sin itself—don't sound anything like Flins at all...
