Summary
The story of how Derek, a borderline feral werewolf pup, finds himself having an unlikely affinity for a younger boy named Stiles—despite the fact that this kid might be the most annoying person in existence. As the years go by and hardship repeatedly strikes like a violent ocean against the shore, they realize that the only way to stay afloat in their chaotic world is by anchoring each other and learning to build despite the onslaught of chaos and destruction that Beacon Hills attracts.

Now changed to be clear that this is a (Hale) pack-centric series—and while Sterek does take center focus in a lot of it, it is not solely a Sterek-centric series. The previous title reflected the first 6 short fics, as those were Sterek-centric, but the bulk of the series is about pack and what that means to each of the characters. Since the Hale pack symbol/tattoo is important, I thought this new title captured the focus of the series much better.*

It’s been eight years since the cordyceps outbreak. Eight years, and Bucky has come to terms with things. With people dying. He’s not afraid of death. Doesn’t love anyone enough to be upset if they died. Not even Natasha. She’d argue with him, if he ever said that out loud, so he keeps his mouth shut. They don’t talk much, anyway. Jobs don’t really require talking - just fists and guns.Eight years since the outbreak, and Bucky thinks he’s seen everything. He’s been double crossed before, that’s nothing new - and Rumlow is an asshole who’s had it coming for a long time. He’s done a few drops for the Fireflies before, too, probably out of some misplaced sentimentality for Steve; and he’s honestly not surprised when Rhodes wants a favor, even though the guns are rightfully theirs.
But no one’s ever asked him to smuggle a kid.
Yeah, yeah, okay. Tony isn’t a kid. But he’s still obnoxious and irritating and apparently needs protection. Because apparently, Tony is the only hope for the entire human race.

Summary
Ever since he was a little boy, Bucky has dreamed of becoming an astronaut together with Steve, and he can hardly believe their luck when both of them are picked for the Ares 3 crew — the third expedition sent to explore Mars. It is, quite literally, a dream come true.
Things get complicated when Bucky finds himself inconveniently attracted to their mechanical engineer, however. Tony Stark is funny, competent, and absolutely captivating, but considering NASA's strict non-fraternization policy, Bucky knows it's better to keep his interest to himself — at least until they return to Earth. He can wait.
Not once does Bucky consider the possibility that all of them might not make it back alive, or just how much he'll come to regret not acting when he had the chance.

"Tony you shouldn't be working yourself up right now, this isn't the best time-" Sam says, trying to soothe but Tony isn't having it, he feels the snarl conquer his face.
"No? No this is the best time!" Tony screams out, voice already hoarse, vocal cords already straining, "No more explanations or 'But Tony you don't understand'." He twists violently to glare at Steve, a fist by his side and a finger pointing dangerously close to the super soldier's chest, "You, oh you arrogant piece of shit, you were going to sign the Accords!"
At that Sam pulls back, his gaze traveling to Steve and his brows furrowing, Bucky's as well.
"I told you amendments were more than possible, and, and I delivered! I told you Bucky would be transferred to an American psych ward for therapy, to get help! I offered to legalize everything you did to get Bucky, both you and Sam!" Sam takes a step back, a gruff noise escaping his throat. Steve won't look at him, he can't rip his gaze away from Tony.

Imagine Tony & Bucky Anonymous requests: imagine tony being unpopular with superheroes – hello, former weapons mogul and a jerk in general – but he is somehow considered very attractive by supervillains, cause his snark and brains and just good looks. so tony's like what the hell, i might as well flirt with dr doom/magneto/loki while I beat their asses, and he does. what tony fails to notice is that his team is actually really attached to him, and his flirtings with the villains make a certain one-armed supersoldier really mad and sad.
