“What?!” came the reply, as Jjay pretended to not hear him.
This time Jes playfully punched the younger one, “No seriously stop staring.”
The blasting music from the speakers and the noise from the half drunk crowd did not drown out Jjay’s uncomfortable laugh.
“You were staring too. You know how it is with-”
The kid didn’t have to finish his sentence as Jes took another look at where the three were dancing, drinks in hand.
