Sure they are using rustboind magic to break the already fragile reality even more to create the equivalent of a dimensional tunnel and tegnhologi that was (kinda) what caused the firat cataclysm and let the rust creatures into their world. BUT. This time they are using even MORE precausions so nothing bad will happend. Right?....
The 5 interloopers that come from this (very forseen not gonna lie) disasters arent that sure about it.

This is an AU from another AU written by dr_fanatic I HIGLY reccomend ypu to go and check it out.
Is honestly very higt quality and worth your time i promised.
I will try to keep things faitful to the original AU.
But hey! I am enjoing it! And maybe you will to.
Ok. To give you a quick recap of this AU.
It takes place in chapter 2 the candy cannon adventure, however when pomni and gumigoo are sending flitong into the map, inestead of landing a top of the fudge monster the veichle past them by A LOT of distance.
This causes that the fudge monster manages to reach the city and break mayhem. I will not go into much detail because i wish not to spoil you guys this delicious story, but let me tell you, THINGS GO BAD. LIKE. REALLY REALLY DAMM BAD. For everyone else expect jaz, (that you will soon see if an absolute pshyocapth in this AU).
Yhe only other thing you need to know is that this AU takes instance in one encounter between jax and gangle. In the original timeline gangle again folds to jax and dexides to do what he orders her.
In this deciation thoug thinks go a little...diferent.

Summary
Left behind in the Candy Canyon, Pomni and Gummigoo are left to drive out into the desert as they wait for the circus to get them. They are trying to help one another, and Max and Chad's company is helping, but... they are struggling with their situation. All they want is a place to settle and rest without thinking too much about their digital hell.
They are not too hopeful about what they might find at the "village" Gummigoo and his friends were supposed to have come from. It was incredibly likely they were up for disappointment, not sure what Caine might have put there, if anything... But they may be surprised as the world seems to change.

Summary
When Pomni and Gummigoo escaped from under the map in the tanker asset from there, they had obviously not been able to do much in the aiming department. As such, they landed far away from the circus members... which would cause ripples beyond what anyone could have possibly predicted. For without them, nothing stood in the way of The Fudge getting to destroy the Candy Canyon Kingdom sooner...
Now, in the fallout of all the chaos, Pomni has ended up abandoned in this candy land alongside Gummigoo. With no way to get to the circus, and both dealing wth existential dread, they head out into the candy wastes alongside Chad and Max. There, they shall try to live their lives while they wait for... something to happen. They shall go on many unexpected adventures and make discoveries as the digital world alters to this unexpected development and more happens back at the tent and its members.
And perhaps along the way... they will find that things might not be as bad as they first thought. Especially since they had each other...
