Summary

Ranko, now herself, but alone, finds herself living off the city in the shadows, then meet Himiko Toga, a girl her age requiring blood to live due to her quirk. Summary
Ranma Saotome's life has never been simple, but falling into the "Drowned Mermaid Spring" in Jusenkyo has turned things from complicated to absurd. Now, every time he gets splashed with cold water, instead of transforming into just a girl, he becomes a mermaid with long red hair, trapped in a form as powerful as it is embarrassing. To make matters worse, his father has promised him in marriage to one of the Tendo daughters, who are also not too thrilled about having a fiancé who is half human and half fish.
As he tries to adapt to life at the Tendo dojo and desperately searches for a way to reverse his curse, Ranma discovers that Nerima is full of surprises... and water at the most inopportune times. With each splash, new adventures, misunderstandings, and unexpected friendships arise.

Summary
When Shampoo makes the spur of the moment decision to think like a jealous (and horny) girlfriend instead of a proud Joketsuzoku warrior during her first night in Nerima, she ends up irrevocably severing the fragile ties that bound Ranma & Akane together. Now Ranma is on the run from the Saotome/Tendo engagement pledge, and Shampoo intends to be right there at his side, guiding him towards a brighter future in Nyuchiezhu... if they can JUST get out of Japan first!
