"Peter squinted. The sun glinted off the roofs of the buildings on Broadway, briefly piercing his eyes even through the tinted lenses of his mask. It was a difficult balance, making sure he could see at night and not be blinded during the day. He might have to go back to the drawing board on this model though.
Rhino roared below him, tossing a parked car through the front window of a coffee shop. The sun didn’t leave Peter’s eyes even as he reached the apex of his swing. He tilted his head, fingers releasing the strand of his web. And fell forward onto his hands and knees.
He blinked. He wasn’t falling. He wasn’t moving. But he was kneeling on the pavement staring down at a pair of hands covered in blood. He took a breath. Blinked again. The hands were wearing purple nitrile gloves and were attached to a pair of forearms that lead right up to his chest. They were his hands?"
Or... Peter Parker is minding his own business when he suddenly finds himself stuck in the body of Dick Grayson in the city of Bludhaven, NJ, a place and a person that shouldn't exist. He sure hopes that someone else isn't stuck in his own body and his New York.

Summary
Following the murder of Bruce Wayne, Wayne Enterprises is in a state of chaos with no clear successor as CEO. Lucius Fox, CFO of the company, reaches out to Bruce’s heir apparent, Dick Grayson, only to learn that the new majority shareholder is in fact 17 year old Tim Drake-Wayne. The board of directors can’t appoint a new CEO without Tim’s approval and Tim has been AWOL for months.
Dick is strangely unhelpful on the matter which means Lucius will have to use his own resources to find Tim before WE’s stock crashes to rock bottom. That includes his daughter, Tam.
Or Dick cooks up a plan to get Tim to come home.

It had large eyes of a blazing blue, large enough that even from this distance he could see the slitted cat like pupils. They widened, snatching up the light as the eyes fixed on him. His blood ran cold. He couldn’t move but even if he could have run he would have gone rabbit still. His heart hammered in his chest.
The great beast unhooked its wing thumbs from the granite and dropped. At the last moment before he would have been crushed by its massive feet, it threw its wings out wide. They blocked the sun, casting him in complete shadow.
'Please, please,' he said, feebly. He didn’t know what he was begging for. He didn’t know if the thing could understand him."

The wolves find the hunter's camp and finally have their revenge for the torture and murder of their kin. Unfortunately, they need the hunter's mage alive, temporarily, to free the remaining captured wolves from their cages. Jaime would like to help but his magic doesn't work unless someone is controlling it.

Ra's al Ghul hired the Joker to distract Batman while he targeted the financial centers of Europe. He did not expect the Joker to capture and kill the latest Robin, Jason Todd.
Ra's doesn't often make mistakes so this weighs on him. And it is a problem for his daughter, Talia, who owes a debt of gratitude to the boy for an earlier encounter. She demands that Ra's use his Lazarus Pit to resurrect Jason despite his centuries old vow to never bring back the dead.
