Summary
Wilson tries to get back at House after the whole forest nymph porno incident. This leads to him and Chase trying to hunt down some blackmail material. Instead of the book, they find an old college photo of House in Rocky Horror Picture Show drag.
What they don’t know is that the photo also includes House’s first love—who died many years ago. When they use it to tease him, it’s not just an embarrassing photo from his college days, but a reminder of his loss.

Summary
Wilson had already gone home.
Maybe House had been too hard on him; his wives were always a delicate topic and it happened, sometimes, that House swerved off the road of what they both considered safe territory for their mocking. But that was nothing a little take-out, paid for by House with Wilson’s money, couldn’t fix. Wilson would pretend to be mad, House would call him sensitive, they would sit on Wilson’s couch and watch General Hospital. Depending on the quality of the food, Wilson might even allow him to put his feet on the coffee table without complaining.
Something that could have been considered a smile tugged at his lips as he took the elevator down to the entrance hall. Who needed marriage if they could have this whenever they felt like it?

Summary
House’s team had survived being held hostage. Technically.
They were back at work, diagnosing patients, snapping at each other, and pretending like nothing had happened. If you ignored the way Cameron flinched when people raised their voices, the way Chase stayed late because going home felt too quiet, or the way Foreman clenched his jaw every time someone stepped too close.
House ignored all of it just fine.
Cuddy and Wilson, unfortunately, did not.
