Out of everyone in this fucked-up world, why did it have to be him? Why the freckled crybaby I spent my whole life pushing down, shoving aside, tearing at with teeth and fire? Why did green burn itself into my skull when I told myself again and again that I didn’t need it? Why does it claw at me when I close my eyes, like if I let go for even a second the whole world will collapse into the gray it always threatened to be?
Why does it feel like living when he smiles at me? Why does it feel like dying when he turns away? Why do his eyes look at everyone the same, soft and stupid, but when they fall on me I feel like I’ve been skinned alive? Why does it hurt so much to want something I’m sure I don’t deserve? Tell me, because I don’t know. I’ve tried every way to kill this thing.And I hate it. And I want it. And it’s the only thing that feels real. So I chase. I chase until my legs give out.
Cause if i stop it'll mean admitting I can have everything but him.

He hates how it clings to his hair, soaks his clothes, and makes his hands slippery, but he didn’t know he could hate so much cause' it would be the reason he'd hurt and love. the day his umbrella was ripped away, his camera sank into the lake, and he fell face-first into a puddle. The stranger who pulled him to his feet had wet hair plastered to his forehead, a warm smile, and eyes that felt like they knew him better than he knew himself. Katsuki didn’t know his name. He didn’t know what he felt. All he knew was that the rain had brought him here.
