Although he didn't make a sound, he found it amusing and smiled. When she calmed down again, she looked at him, waiting for a sign, and he nodded to her, letting her know that she should continue first.

But then, when Bakugo has to rescue her after her latest suicide attempt, she hazily begs him to help her. And he decides right then and there that he's going to save her from herself, even if he has to make her despise him to do it.
